IMPORTANT: Production and shipping times on some orders encounter minor delays currently due to the COVID-19 situation. Similarly, some shipping delays out of our control may occur. I apologise in advance for any delays you may experience.

NOTE: All items are made-to-order and then shipped using the method you select at checkout following order processing and the production of your item(s). Because of this, we may have a longer lead time than some other retailers.
What are my delivery options?
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs depend on the total weight of the items ordered and the delivery destination. This is calculated when the delivery address is entered in either the basket or checkout, where the available options will be presented to you.
Where possible multiple options will be provided to ensure all budgets and requirements are catered for.

Please note: Shipping options and delivery estimates specifically relate to the delivery aspect of your order. Items are shipped via your chosen method following order processing and production of made-to-order items.
You will receive a dispatch email once your item has been made up and is on its way.
Sometimes delivery time may exceed the estimates provided. In the rare event you haven’t received your item 10 working days from the dispatch date (UK) or 20 working days from the dispatch date (non-UK) please contact us.
* Tracked and Recorded options subject to extra charge to cover those advanced services. Options will be presented at Checkout where available.
How is my order tracked?
Currently our systems don’t allow for us to automatically send tracking details upon dispatch, but tracking may be available so please do get in touch if you have any concerns regarding the progress of your order. Note: it may take up to 24 hours from dispatch for parcels to enter the tracking updates service.
Tracking options depend on your selected shipping method and can be checked by us internally:
- Royal Mail Standard/Regular (Royal Mail 48/Royal Mail 24): This is the basic level of delivery service, similar to a business version of ‘First Class’ and ‘Second Class’ post. Consignment number tracking updates only once delivery is attempted or completed (does not track step-by-step)
- Royal Mail Recorded: Usually requires a signature or other proof on delivery to confirm receipt (does not track step-by-step, updates only once delivery is attempted or completed)
- Royal Mail Tracked: Includes tracking to delivery point
- Courier: Includes tracking to delivery point
Different carriers may have different processes for confirming delivery of goods. Confirmation of Delivery, such as Royal Mail’s Track and Trace service or equivalent, may be provided by a carrier and will act as a final Proof of Delivery in case of any dispute. Further information may be available when you upgrade to a tracked service and will again act as a final Proof of Delivery in any dispute. No compensation or replacements will be offered in a dispute over receipt of goods where a carrier provides Confirmation of Delivery.
Free Standard UK Shipping Promotions
From time to time we may offer free standard shipping on UK orders of a specific minimum value (i.e. £50).
To qualify for free standard UK shipping your order subtotal must be valued at the promotional minimum order value (i.e. £50) after any other discounts or promotions are applied and before any shipping costs would normally be applied.
The offer is only available where paid standard shipping would normally be available and excludes orders that are only available for shipping via courier (i.e. orders where the total size or weight of purchased items exceeds standard shipping limits).
Only available to UK purchasers shipping items to a UK mainland address.
If you qualify for free standard UK shipping the option will be presented in your basket and checkout once you have added your items and entered your shipping address.
Should you wish to upgrade your shipping (i.e. for faster delivery), options will be available at the regular shipping rates in your basket and during checkout.
How will my order be packaged?
Sustainable Plastic-Free Packaging
Orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging.
The packaging used for an order varies depending on the products being shipped, but the information below will give an idea of the packaging you can expect an order to ship in.
Paper mailing bags
Most orders up to a certain size will ship in either a small, medium or large paper mailers.
Clothing items such as t-shirts and hoodies are folded neatly into these bags; to save on packing materials and reduce waste we do not pack items into individual bags before they are shipped in these mailers.
Our paper postal mailing bags are manufactured from responsible, sustainable sources to comply with FSC certification. The paper is both compostable and degradable, and paper mailers can be easily recycled, making this an extremely eco-friendly option. The weather-proof parcel protects its contents during transit.
Cardboard boxes are used for orders too bulky for our large paper mailers. They work in just the same way though; clothing items are folded neatly into them, and any products requiring special packaging (such as mugs) which are shipping with clothing items are packed in their own packaging first before shipping in a box.
Each mug ships in a mug box.
11oz white and two-toned mugs ship in our bespoke single, 2x, 4x or 6x boxes. These are designed specifically for protecting mugs during transit.
Other mugs including enamel and travel mugs ship in thinner cardboard boxes. These boxes aren’t weather-resistant so they’re shipped wrapped securely in our bespoke paper mailing bags.
A triangular tube of weather-proof reinforced cardboard. This shape allows for easier transportation and label application so it’s very practical!
All posters ship in these tubes but for the A4 bamboo prints, which ship in reinforced envelopes.
Will all my items be delivered together?
All items in a single order will be packaged to ship together after processing and production of all items.
We are unable to split orders to multiple addresses. If you place and pay for multiple orders in different transactions, each order will be shipped separately.
NOTE: Very occasionally we may offer some items that ship from a different location, which may therefore dispatch separately and at different times to the rest of your order. It will state in the product listing when this is the case.
Do you have a physical shop /
Can I collect my order?
We don’t currently have a physical shop to browse items. In line with our values and ethics we don’t hold huge amounts of stock — a practice which leads to incredible amounts of wastage, particularly in ‘fast fashion’ industries. All items are made-to-order, especially for your purchase and then dispatched to your address for your convenience!
Unfortunately we are unable to offer collection facilities at the current time.
From time-to-time we may appear as a pop-up at certain events. On these occasions a limited amount of stock will be available to buy, with the option of ordering from the full collection for home delivery.
